Deposits are due the date of booking. If your deposit isn’t paid within a week of inquiry, the date will open back up.

What is the 20% fee?
The 20% fee covers:
Staff for prepping the food, loading truck/trailer, travel, unloading, clean up.
Need servers for your wedding? Servers are $175/server. Servers are to help with serving passed apps, buffet, stations etc. and cleanup.
